The RSO newsletter list

When you sign up, RSO stores your email address, the signup time and a record of your consent for RSO newsletter updates. Your address is not displayed on the website. Newsletter delivery is being prepared.

Change your mind?

To request removal from the newsletter list or ask about your information, email asst@reedshannonent.com from the address you used to sign up. Requests are handled manually while RSO prepares newsletter delivery.

Music, video and outside links

Playing music previews connects to Apple’s media service. Opening a trailer loads a YouTube player. These services and linked sites have their own privacy practices. Photos and music artwork may load from their original hosts.

Saved player settings

The music player remembers your selected track, playback position and volume in this browser tab using session storage. Audio resumes only when you press play. This information is not submitted with your newsletter signup.

Signup popup preferences

This browser remembers when you have seen the signup popup and whether you have joined, so we can avoid repeatedly interrupting you. These preferences use local storage and do not contain your email address. Session storage also remembers that you opened the entrance cover, so you can return to the homepage without reopening it in the same tab.

Site operation

This version does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. The hosting service handles requests needed to deliver and protect the site. We will update this page when newsletter delivery or other data features are added.
